Today, aku gi visit colleague kt hospital Sultanah Amaniah Johor. So sebelum aku cerita ape2 ... to all workaholic out there watch out n take this as an example.
So member aku ni kerja mmg kuat smpai dpt byk income la... lepas office hour dia buat kerja tuk side income. Biasa la kalo org IT ni kerja mmg siang mlm.
Hari sabtu lepas dia gi jalan kt Giant, then dia gi toilet. Pastu sedar2 dia dh kat hospital. Rupenye dia pengsan n jatuh kt toilet. N korang taula kt toilet byk benda yg boleh mencederakan n Alhamdulillah tkde kena pape cume pening je (maybe terhentak kepala time pengsan).
Lepas diagnose rupenye dia tk cukup tido, n badan kurang air... Nurse pun masukkan la air dlm bdn dia...
So watch out... make sure if you work hard, drink alot of water n have enough rest. :-)
